MESSAGE

What kind of work do you do?: We design, build, and operate order data exchange systems for building internal systems that support business operations and shipping orders from clients, and operate and build websites such as corporate sites and e-commerce sites. When constructing an order data exchange system, we are aware that different clients have different shipping and delivery methods, communication methods, and data formats, and we are conscious of internal collaboration to ensure smooth shipping handling. When operating and building websites, we are conscious of how to convey information to visitors to the website in an easy-to-understand manner.

What made you decide to become an in-house SE?: I had studied programming and website development during my college days and wanted to work in an industry where I could make use of them. Since I loved clothes, I decided to become an in-house SE at Sukeno because I thought I could make use of the skills I had learned in college while working in the apparel industry.

What is important to you?: We strive to quickly build systems and resolve problems. Since servers and computers contain important data, business operations will be delayed if the environment is inoperable. For this reason, we are conscious of hearing the situation from the user and identifying the cause as soon as possible. We also place importance on communication with the field. We design systems to create an environment in which the company and our colleagues can work smoothly, so we listen to opinions and feedback from the field and try to update the system to make it even better.

Finally, what is the attraction of working at Sukeno?: At SE, we are taking on new challenges on a daily basis, such as introducing a platform called RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to improve employee efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, and using IOT (Internet of Things) technology to make production management information more visible. We are also using IOT (Internet of Things) technology to visualize production management information. Recently, we have been entrusted with new challenges and large tasks, such as the construction of an e-commerce site, depending on the individual's motivation.
